I feel like I have accomplished so much in 2008. I'm a mom! Do you know what an accomplishment this is? I thought my world couldn't be any better.....until I had a child. Babies are such a blessing and such little miracles. Being pregnant I have to say wasn't the most pleasant experience for me. I think on an average I threw up at least 3 times a day. That's just an average. I remember finailly calling it a day at work when I reached the 10th time. I just remember thinking "God please don't let this baby come out of my mouth!" (yes, it was that bad!) After I looked at that little miracle (and keeping in mind that the swelling of her eyes, nose and lips will go down......you know yall thought that too??!!!) I new it was ALL worth it! I never doubted her but I want say it wasn't the hardest and best part of my life!
2008 will be a year i'll never forget and has so far been the best year of my life!

way to make some one cry! lol! I completely agree with you on becoming a mom, you always know it will be life changing but it's like you really don't realize how much till they're here :) I can't believe Kennedy is getting ready to turn one!!!
Happy New Year!
Kennedy is SOOO cute. I love the way you dress her. BTW~ I know you felt bad when you were pregnant but you looked great! I hope I look that good someday when/if I have a baby.

Aww that was so sweet & what a way to bring in the New years! I can also agree, I am loving my new life as a first time mommy! I could not have asked God for anything more than what he has blessed us with! Take care & she is too cute! :)
What a sweet post. I LOVE all her big smiles - they're precious!
I loved being pregnant and I did the same thing...took pictures the night before I gave birth to my two oldest. I didn't have time to get a pic. before my 3rd, the dr. told me to go to the hospital as soon as I left his office. I did go straight to Sonic to get a burger and coke (since they won't let you eat and I was starving) and then I headed to the hospital.
